We, the Miyoshi Corporation Group,
have been developing rapidly since our foundation in 1951.
Our doctrine for our growth is "customer satisfaction" and "materializing
shops that capture the era in advance."
Our growth has been enabled through the innumerable customers we have had since
our founding. Hence, every employee devotes each day to research, creation and
business efforts so that he/she can offer to the customer the satisfaction and
experience of various pleasures, happiness, space and taste through "food."
We are at present proceeding with active plans to open new shops. At the same
time, we are exerting effort to renew existing shops, add high value to our menus
through original products we have developed, venture into new types of business
forms, and rationalize the buying in of raw materials and preparation process.
We are proud that all of these business measures will always create new services
while honoring "the good old traditions of the cuisine" so that we can
offer to the customers a time to thoroughly experience a wonderful culinary culture
at our shops.
We have invited cooks, chefs and sommeliers from the centers of the different
types of cuisine to our various shops, and in the meantime, we are adopting and
learning the expertise of the centers by sending our employees to study abroad
for six months to a year. Moreover, our highly ambitious employees are planning
new ways to operate the shops to produce the space in which the customers can
enjoy our unique culinary culture.
The custom of eating out is becoming more full-fledged, and the food services
industry is growing at the dawn of the new century. In such an environment, we
would like to continue offering our customers a culinary culture that always satisfies
the demands of the era through our ceaseless research and creation.
