Ezio Santin's creative and novel
cuisine that treasures and pays homage to tradition. His skill brings out the
power of meticulously hand-picked ingredients. It does so, delicately. It does
so, dynamically. It draws much-deserved praise for his culinary genius.
Dolces are gems, created by his son Maurizio, that give a sweet impression. Furthermore,
the elegant furnishings artistically arranged by his wife Renata are incomparable
and welcome you, make you feel relaxed, and allow you to enjoy your dining experience
to the full.
Interwoven with Antipasti、Primi piatti、and even dolce, in the menus of Antica
Osteria Del Ponte by Santin's family, the heart of hospitality is expressed in
each corner. |
